We conducted five live music concerts in five different settlements namely Ofua Zone, Ocea C, Bidi Bidi, Imvepi and swinga covering two districts Arua and Yumbe. These concerts were meant for peace building among the refugees and the host communities. At the same time members of the refugee communities were able to perform dramas in the area of peace building, community health education more especially the cases of HIV Aids, education.




In a bid to support education in the refugee camp APINO donated some scholastic materials to royal school in Ofua Zone 3.In the picture right is Executive director of APINO, center is the headmaster and the head boy/girl of the school receiving the items.
Among the donated Items Includes;
- 36 different text books
- 72 mathematical sets
- 20 small box of school chalks
- 100 pcs of manila papers




- Lack of enough funds to expand our programs to the whole of northern Uganda region where we have refugees living in there.
- Lack of project music equipment and vehicle in place for transport to the communities for community outreaches and sensitizations.
- Lack of project camera to cover our events in the project sides.
- There is need to procure musical equipment and a vehicle for the project to ease movement.
- There is need to work hard in proposal writing to secure some resources to help expand our programs across northern Uganda.
